CASE STUDY

Client is a Local Bank looking for a Vice President of Commercial Lending.  They were expanding their footprint into the largest marketplace identified for future growth for their organization, yet one that already had an abundance of institutions.  After exhausting their own local search effort, they decided to retain MSI to help them locate and attract a top performer.  Hiring a search firm was a new experience for them and they were wary of what to expect.  Very quickly (within three weeks), we were able to contact, recruit, qualify and present to them four Candidate finalists who all met their technical qualifications.  Importantly, given four options, they were able to choose the right person who "fit" the culture of their organization.  To this day, both the Client and Candidate are extremely happy.  Since that first search project, that institution has come back to MSI to fill additional positions.
