* Coordinate & manage internal and outsourced resources related to the documentation and testing of significant business processes that affect financial reporting. * Direct or assist in the preparation of flow charts, control matrices and other required documentation. * Assist in the development of test plans and evaluate the overall effectiveness of the internal control environment as well as manage the remediation process. * Coordinate and manage internal audit assignments, participate in audits of acquistion candidates and perform other duties and assignments as assigned. |
