| Job Description |
* Review tax policies and procedures emplyed for compliance * Identify tax exposures and recommend appropriate remediation * Prepare quartely and annual tax provisions in accordance with the requirements of FAS 109 and FIN 48 * Calculate Federal & State estimated tax payment requirements * Review Federal & State income tax returns for accuracy and completeness * Review sales and use tax returns and remittances * Research and resolve tax issues that arise * Coordinate with Federal and State auditors and negotiate favorable settlements. * Monitor Federal and State tax law changes that may impact the company * Identify Federal and State tax savings opportunities * Perform tax due diligence related to acquisitions. |
