| Job Description |
Position provides engineering and layout sales support for Technology & Rebuilds Group, from initial sales contact to PO. Calculates application requirements including airflow, transmissibility and horesepower.
Application Engineer to produce initial design layout upon project commencement with PO. Documented engineering deliverables will include:
- Sheet path
- Air and water flow calculations, including chamber and ductwork sizing requirements.
- P&ID
- Load plan
- Structural sizing and plate selection of all framework
- Specification and location of key structural components, i.e. screw jacks, cylinders, etc.
- Specification and location of all rolls
- Fabric length
Position will provide supervision for start-up and installation of Technology and Rebuild Group equipment at customer mill site.

Education
Requirements |
- BSME or equivalent
- Proficient in AutoCAD a must
- Prior knowledge and use of Solidworks a plus
