| Job Description |
This position reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager as a Quality Engineer with a training emphasis. You will be fully responsible for the plant training with expectations to include:
- Assessing the current training system in place
- Developing/refining the training system to incorporate a robust system of training with emphasis on establishing proficiency of all job functions within the plant.
- Establishing plant training matrices that define individual tiered training levels of proficiency.
- Coordinating training of manufacturing personnel to establish mechanical aptitude.
- Maintaining training records for all plant personnel
- Participating in plant audits and audit activities
- Performing plant internal audits
- Undertake special projects as needed

Education
Requirements |
- BS Degree in Engineering
- Working knowledge of Compliance Suite, Compliance Wire and Engineering preferred.
- Experience in a FDA regulated industry preferred.
- Six Sigma training and Black Belt preferred.
