- Research & Develop prototype projects
- Experiments with new abrasive wheel, process parameters and latest technology tools
- Work with Product Engineer, Manufacturing and Quality Control to optimize efficiency & cost
- Review technical problems and procedures and recommend solutions to problem or changes in procedures
- Developes, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods
- Review Quality Control and statistical process control on the floor
- Work with design and planning to ensure production methods

Requirements |
- BA, Mechanical Engineer
- 2 years of mfg processes
- Knowledge of PLC's & CNC
- Read, analyze & interpret business periodicals and journals
