Position/Location

• As the leader of the Baltimore office you will need to plan and implement the growth in the Region in accord with company objective.  
• Ensure effective and efficient operations and deal expeditiously with all aspects of concern particularly related to clients and areas of the Baltimore operations.
  
   
• Focus a minimum of 50% of time on strategic business development; successfully attract new clients and diversify service offerings to existing clients.
  
   
• Implement necessary infrastructure and establish positive working relationships staff throughout the Baltimore office.
  
   
• Recruitment and development of all Baltimore personnel.
  
   

• Minimum of BS in a Civil or Environmental Science curriculum
  
   

·         10-15 years of experience in the environmental consulting business

 

·         Demonstrated experience with building staff, office, and programs in the mid-Atlantic area.

 

·         Strong management skills including the ability to lead, mentor, and drive results of a staff.

 

• Build out an organization, staff accordingly along with developing personnel and rapidly growing a business.
