Job Description
  •  Recruitment: write employment ads, post jobs on the internet and/or work with recruiters to fill open positions
  • Employee relations
  • Hiring and new hire orientation for all open positions
  • Input all data for hourly and salaried employees onto the ADP HR Enterprise system
  • Benefits Administration
  • Labor and employment issues
  • Administration of Short Term Disability/Family Medical Leaves
  • Develop and/or revise policies and procedures as necessary
  • Administer COBRA for terminated employees
  • Unemployment compensation claims management
  • Workers  compensation claims and workplace injury management
  • Plan, facilitate and/or conduct training for employees
  • OSHA compliance and safety training
  • Out processing of terminated employees
  • Manage the front desk and janitorial services  personnel for the facility
  • Develop and maintain Annual budget for office expenses, recruitment,donations, fringe benefits
  • Review and approve all invoices for medical and dental insurance
  • Maintain all employment records for active and terminated hourly and salary employees
  • Process salary payroll and submit changes, reimbursements, to corporate office montly
  • Keep current with all labor, employment and OSHA law changes
