.1 Serve as the Chief Operating Officer for the LLC which currently involves approximately 65 staff in 3 offices.
.2 The COO will support the revenue producing activities of the firm by continuing current project forecasting activities on a monthly basis. This forecasting projects future revenue from specific projects for the upcoming 6 months.
.3 The COO will schedule project production activities on a weekly basis that assigns needed staff to specific projects and organizes the development of construction documents and specific project design activities.
.4 The COO will be responsible for development of the firm's annual budget and will track expenses and revenues as it relates to same with the assistance of the CFO, Associates-Corporate Support and external CPA's.
5. The COO will utilize Deltek Vision to monitor all active projects within the firm. The candidate will be working with specific studio leaders to track profitability and quality of deliverables.
6. Daily coordination of each Project Teams workload and outlining of action items to facilitate expeditious and profitable development of documents and management of project workloads is also a defined role.
