Core Responsibilities:
- Direct activities of all quality engineers
- Initiate, implement, maintain and enhance proactive quality improvement activities to continuously improve mfg quality.
- Manage all dimensional inspection including: incoming, in-process and final.
- Direct activities in FPI/NDT inspection areas. Assure that all certifications are in effect.
- Maintain all Quality records according to certification and regulations.
- Supervise gage control

| Requirements Qualifications |
BA/BS technical field or related business field. MBA preferred
7+ years experience in aerospace mfg quality environment.
Strong computer skills, excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
