| Job Description |
Our client, a mid sized publically traded manufacturing company is seeking a Director of Internal Audit. The Director will establish and
- develop an annual internal audit plan including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reviews
- develop and coordinate annual business risk assessment
- manage and coordinate roles and responsibilities of our co-source internal audit provider
- plan and perform internal audits
- reprt finding and control/efficiency recommendations to Executive Management and the Audit Review Committee
- Supervise a staff of internal auditors

| Requirements Qualifications |
The ideal candidate will:
- BS/BA in accounting
- 6 to 8 years exp in Accounting
- Public accounting experience with a major audit firm or internal audit experience with a major US Corp. required
- CPA
- Current knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and its impact on public companies
