| Job Description |
Our client is looking for a controller to fulfill the following tasks:
Ensure all accounting controls comply with GAAP
Proactively improve accounting process
Relate to auditors, supervisors annual audit
Monthly financial reports to CFO, CEO & Board of Directors
Ad hoc reports & analysis as needed
Report as required to State of Ct, Medicare, 3rd party person etc
Along with other responsibities.

| Requirements Qualifications |
A qualified candidate will have:
BS/BA with accounting major
5+ years mid-market organization
Knowledge of GAAP, FLSA, ERISA, DOL, IRS
