| Job Description |
Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager. This position will report to the Director of Billing & Collections. The primary objective of this position is to manage and direct a team of accounts receivable (A/R) staff of approx 15 full time employees to improve cash flow. Perform in-depth analysis of collections and outstanding payer balances. Design, recommend and implement process improvements within and outside of the department. |
| Requirements Qualifications |
The requirements for this position are:
BS degree in Health Care Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years experience in third party billing and collection environment
Previous experience with managed care contracting and Medicare
A minimum of 5 years supervisory/managerial experience
