Job Description  Essential functions:

Responsible for meeting individual sales and marketing goals as established in agreement with Trade Sales Manager.

Be proficient in all aspects of measurement and design criteria.

Build and maintain contractor relationships toward long tem sales growth.

Develop weekly "business plan" for effective and productive sales approach.

Maintain an account file to assist in managing all current accounts.

Develop processes for revisiting dormant accounts on a periodic basis.

Investigate and resolve customer satisfaction, delivery or installation issues.

Work within established safety practices.
Requirements Qualifications

 Knowledge, skills & abilities:

Familiarity with Microsoft desktop products.

Core selling and prospecting skills, basic business understanding of the sales role in inventory turns, cash flow impact and profitability.

Demonstrate excellent and professional customer relations skills.

Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.

Above average math skills.

Honesty, integrity and ethical performance.

Attention to detail.
