Client is a division of Fortune 500 Flight Control Supplier in a very difficult (unpopular) location.  MSI was tasked with finding upwards of ten specific engineering specialists and enticing candidates to consider opportunities within the client company.  Over the past three years, more than 20 engineers and managers have been placed in a remote, northern location without the use of exorbitant salaries as a lure.  MSI practices many methods to identify and attract talent to areas they would otherwise not have considered.  In addition to the success within this client, a sub-specialty in flight control systems was developed nationwide.
