Client is a National Insurance Carrier.  MSI was engaged to identify and recruit a candidate with expertise in alternative risk underwriting for national property accounts.  We met with the Regional Vice President in Boston, MA to gain a clear understanding of the expertise this candidate would require and the expectations of the client for the results this candidate would produce.  We learned that this business segment was not growing and needed someone with solid technical experience and great leadership qualities.  This skill set is unique in the industry.  Through diligent recruiting efforts, we identified the finalist, who has turned this department around.  They are exceeding growth expectations and the candidate has been promoted to a higher managment role with additional responsibilities.
