CASE STUDY
The Client relationship started at the local level. We met with the management team to get a clear understanding of their business strategy which was moving away from a dominant product line. To complete this move, we needed to recruit a Director of Quality and a Manufacturing Manager that had strengths in FDA products and processes. After successful completion of this search, we were rewarded new business at their plant in the upper Mid-West and in their West Coast operation.
