CASE STUDY
Our client asked us to build a Human Resource Council responsible for developing and maintaining proper HR policy and procedures. We ran searches for sector HR heads in California, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts; with an ex-pat position in Finland. The search was made more complex because each sector President had different concepts as to the type of Human Resource Executive they wanted; some wanted strategic business partners, others more administrative oriented. MSI compiled a search team and was able to complete the searches within ninety days. The HR Executive hired for the Pennsylvania position now heads up the largest sector for that multi-billion dollar conglomerate.
