TRAVELING FROM THE NORTH:
Traveling Southbound I-95 approaching Providence to Charles Street (STATE OFFICES EXIT).  Bear right, go 200 yards and make first left.  Go to 2nd traffic light and turn right onto Orms Street.  Go up Orms Street to 1st light.  Take a left onto State Street.  Building is in front of you on the left. Park in the 2nd parking lot (on your left as if passing building)

TRAVELING FROM THE SOUTH: 
Traveling Northbound I-95 approaching Providence, take Exit 23-STATE OFFICES.  Go straight over Orms Street onto State Street.  Building is in front of you on the left.  Park in the 2nd parking lot (on your left as if passing building)

TRAVELING FROM THE EAST:
Traveling Southeast Route 146 South approaching Providence, take Admiral Street exit.  Make a left at light.  Make a right at the next light.  At 2nd light (Marriott will be on the right) turn right at next light.  Take a left onto State Street.  Building is in front of you on the left.  Park in the 2nd parking lot (on your left as if passing building)

TRAVELING FROM THE WEST:
Traveling Eastbound I-95 to 95 North Exit 23-STATE OFFICES.  Go straight over Orms Street onto State Street.  Building is in front of you on the LEFT Park in the 2nd parking lot (on your left as if passing building)
