TRAVELING FROM THE NORTH: 
Traveling Southbound Route 91 approaching Springfield, take Exit 13B, Riverdale Road/West Springfield/Route 5 South.  Travel approximately 3 1/2 miles, past all the commercial development through four sets of lights.  Once you've passed McDonald's on your right (this is the last set of lights), watch for a sign for Route 20, and take the exit (1/4 to 1/2 mile past McD's).  The exit ramp brings you to a rotary. Merge into the rotary and take your second right, onto the 3 lane street (don't turn onto the little side street). You'll know you're okay if Dunkin' Donuts is on your right. (If you go past the Deli, you messed up!  Keep going around the rotary and you'll get another try...).  Go to the second set of lights and make a U-turn to come back down Park Avenue. You'll see a large, white building (New Alliance Bank).  MSI is two doors after that, a brick building that looks like a school, with a blue & white sign out front says 201 Park Avenue.  Turn down the side street, Progress Avenue, and park in the back of the building. Go in the back door. MSI is on the second floor.

TRAVELING FROM THE SOUTH:
Traveling Northbound Route 91 approaching Springfield, take Exit 3, Route 5 North/West Springfield/Westfield.  Take the third exit off of Route 5, marked Route 20.  The exit ramp brings you to a rotary. Merge into the rotary and take your fourth right, onto the 3 lane street (don't turn onto the little side street). You'll know you're okay if Dunkin' Donuts is on your right. TRAVELING FROM THE WEST- (Western Mass(Pittsfield/Lee) area: 
Traveling MASS PIKE I-90 East approaching Springfield, take Exit 4, Holyoke/Springfield.  Take a right after the toll booth, onto Route 5 South/Riverdale Road. Travel approximately 5 miles, past all the commercial development, through 6 sets of lights.  Once you've passed McDonald's on your right (this is the last set of lights), watch for a sign for Route 20, and take the exit (1/4 to 1/2 mile past McD's). The exit ramp brings you to a rotary. TRAVELING FROM THE EAST - Eastern Mass(Boston/Sturbridge area):
Traveling MASS PIKE I-90 West approaching Springfield, take exit 6, Springfield Rt 291.  Continue straight to light after toll both.  Take a left after the toll booth, onto Rt 291S towards Springfield.  Take Exit 1B - Rt. 20 West Springfield/Westfield which is a right hand exit...it's a little tricky because you will have to cross over some oncoming traffic to 91N.  Go through set of lights...continuing over bridge to rotary.  Merge into the rotary taking your second right onto Park Street (Rt. 20).  Go to the second set of lights and make a U-turn. Come back down Park Avenue about 2 blocks. You'll see a large, white building (New Alliance Bank).  MSI is two doors after that, a brick building that looks like a school, with a blue & white sign out front that says 201 Park Avenue.  Turn down the side street, Progress Avenue, and park in the back of the building.
